We reinvented the shop-flow for Breville’s coffee customers, creating a net-new shopping experience that provided the customer with a complete “Coffee Solution” - bundled products, fresh beans, guided instruction, and educational post-purchase content hub.
I served as UX Director & Client Facing Design Lead over the course of a 12+ month engagement, including discovery, strategy, design, testing and build.
